Every level includes a human coordinator who helps you in your language.
Most students go with Full: it sorts your flat and lets you search and filter your own flatmates inside the platform.

When you sign the flat contract you pay, one time only, 50% of one month's rent as a fee. We always tell you before you sign — no surprises. If you don't move into the flat, you won't pay any of this amount.

For example: a €300/month room has a €150 fee (50%). You pay it once, and only on success — when we find you the room and you decide to move in.

Nothing is paid here online. You book your plan on a 20-min video call with your coordinator, and only then do you decide. We never charge before we've talked.

Yes. The prices you see are final, everything included. On the video call we go over it with you before you decide anything — no surprises.
No. Messaging us, telling us what you're after and doing the video call costs nothing. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with one of the levels.
With Full we find you the flat, you get into the platform to search and filter possible flatmates yourself, and we help you with the contract, translation and mediation with the landlord. Premium adds coordination between you and your flatmates, a guide to your city, the bureaucratic checklist before you leave and priority guidance.
No. We give you the tool: on the platform you search and filter the profiles that fit you and you decide who to live with. We don't choose for you.
